Agile Pro Solutions (APS) headquartered in the USA with a local office in Nish-Serbia is looking for a Senior Outbound Call Center Agent.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Outbound Call Center Agent who can lead our representatives to better performance and improve service quality.
The Senior Outbound Call Center Agent will assist in establishing call center objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge of services, products, and troubleshooting techniques, analyses call center data, and focus on improving performance and processes to support customers better.

You should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of company policies and offerings.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Experience with call center leading role will be considered a big asset.

Working time: Monday – Friday (4pm-12am) on-site

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and approach companies in the United States that have open positions suitable for offshore staffing solutions.
Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their staffing requirements and challenges.
Solution Presentation: Present Agile Pro Solutions’ services as tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each client, highlighting the advantages of European talent.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients over the phone, via emails and online meetings, serving as their primary point of contact and providing ongoing support.
Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently acquiring new clients and expanding existing clients’ relationships.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in a services-oriented industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
